Specification
The adjoining houses, designed using environmentally friendly, carbon neutral, timber and loam construction methods, shall positively counteract the current structural and demographic changes in the area with its integrated form of housing. A plot of land, vacant for decades, will make way for an innovative and compact living space. An existing residential house will also be renovated at the same time.
The typology is formed of three individual front-gabled houses with single-story staggered extensions at the back, thereby blending seamlessly into the neighbouring surroundings.
